  This is becoming my favorite store as I live nearby. It is a typical Sobeys store. Clean and neat. Has a deli section. So many parking lots.

  Use to have decent sales but now most times you have to buy 2 or more of a product to get the sale price. Not everyone wants to buy more then they need. It's annoying enough that I now shop elsewhere.

  Ample parking. Good location. Getting into and out of the parking lot can be tricky.
  
  Sobeys has some of the best and weirdest sales in town. They'll decimate the cost of beef or pop or bacon as loss leaders to get you in the store. Take advantage of those sales, as you could save up to half from the next cheapest stores in town. Prices fluctuate like crazy here, both increasing and decreasing on certain items, so it's a good idea to check them out every once in a while and stock up on what's cheap.
  
  Also the selection of meats and deli foods is top notch. Best for grocery stores up town.

  They have products on sale but they never have the shelf stocked with them, weather they run out on the first day or they just don't stock the shelves.
