The driver was so nice, and I get to town early then the schedule. The bus was little uncomfortable but I guess it was ok for the price I paid.

Good economical bus service. You can save money by buying tickets online on the web. But you do get charged extra fees for more than one piece of baggage. Buses are older but clean and they have a no drug or alcohol policy which has really cleaned up the bus service and makes it safer for us as passengers. Drivers are polite, professional and courteous helping out with passengers and their needs.

Book online for the best prices. It's very a relaxed experience.

Took my girlfriend here when she was taking a bus down to Edmonton. At the time she had a very sprained ankle and had to wear a air case. The employees were extremely hostile towards her. Like she was some big inconvenience. I was of course helping her with everything and they didn't actually have to do anything but they were still angry. After the initial checkin, in the god awful bus station lobby, we had to give her ticket to the bus driver. The bus driver was an angry old woman who was just extremely pissed off. Her name was Denise or something like Deby or Debra. She said several rude things to us in our five minutes of interaction but I pointed out a few which really bugged me. After giving her the ticket we stepped aside to say our goodbyes and the bus driver was angry about that and told her to hurry up when we were literally only there for maybe five seconds. My girlfriend left to get on the bus and I asked the bus driver if she could make sure she got on the bus okay. (With her cast and all) She than rudely said to me, "Shes a grown woman. Im not paid to be a f**king babysitter." I was livid. All I wanted was her to make sure she didn't fall off the stairs of the bus and injure herself. After a few more rude comments, Irequested her name to report to her manager and she refused to give it to me. When I finally got it from her she said if she heard anything bad about herself, my girlfriend could "f**king walk to Edmonton". All in all I'm done with that place. I have been there a several times before and I have never had a good experience. Everyone there hates their life and job. The bus station is actually disgusting. It's small, smelly and falling apart. But seriously, the worse part is the staff. The Edmonton station is the complete opposite. I don't understand why everyone is like that. I don't recommend Fort Mac greyhound to anyone at all. Worse customer experience of my life. If I could give it a negative star I would -1000/10.
