  TERRIBLE!
  My husband took our female dog to this vet this morning and was very disappointed with a few different things.
  First off, they took x-rays which was fine and he was told that it was only a soft tissue injury which I figured anyway but better safe than sorry. Then he was told she had to stay off her leg for a week (meaning from walks) and there would be medication given to him at the front desk. The first two things were fine but I do not understand why the vet could show him what he was suppose to give and not just assume he knew what to do or that her staff would show him.
  Secondly, when he received the medication from the front desk staff he asked about it and they simply said 'READ THE BOX.' REALLY??? Are you that lazy that you cannot explain how it's to be used since apparently the Vet is leaving that up to you??
  Thirdly, I don't know what they did during the x-rays but our poor dog is in more pain now then when she went there!! That's what infruruaites me the most about the whole visit! I don't mind spending money to make sure my animals are well looked after but to come home in more pain then when they left does not impress me AT ALL!
  I feel so sorry for her and horrible that she's in more pain now then before. I DO NOT recommend the downtown vet clinic. We will NOT be returning!
