  Have low expectations on the chicken sides.
  Pizza specials are OK but chicken sides, a huge disappointment in value.
  $10 for 3 bites. A rip off .

  Pizza was cooked poor and it's a damn thing crust like how could one mess that up. Parmesan bites where soggy on the bottom with a gross 2 CM thick layer of grease/oil so discussing. My woman's pasta was good how ever mine was not cooked at all the chicken was literally baby food no texture at all like one unthawed it and through it in there. Same goes for the sausage also in my pasta dish. My Alfredo sauce was white as white can be and after tasting the meal and realizing the very poor standards of it I'm assuming the extra sauce was pooped in and not heated or cooked with it in any way. Wait there is hope my damn cheese on my pasta was have melted and had that oven cooked look... Long story short I have been to literally every establishment here since my move here in 2001. This location is by far the worst place I have ever eaten at or have ordered from. I can't speak for there second location however after this I am not willing to try anything from there.
  
  My advise go any place else or eat a pb and j at home.
  One more thing there prices are simply cruel. They have 5 star prices for half a star quality food. Now I understand why it only takes under half an hour to arrive. Wait the extra 15 to 25 and choose another take out establishment.

  ive never had a problem with their customer service or quality, their pizza is very good and fresh. We had an issue where our order was late so we called and they had forgot to deliver our 46$ order and gave it for free. they definitely have kept a customer :)... our order had a problem another time and once again they made it right by giving the orders value in credit. they may make a mistake but they will take care of you and their pizza is top notch.
