  Had the best customer service by Fabio at this location. The only review that existed before left me feeling a bit nervous going in, but I walked out a very happy customer. Very knowledgeable staff, Tio and Fabio walked me through a comparison of my phone options and didn't bog me down with information I wasn't interested in. Time spent at this location was efficient, and agents were friendly.

  Terrible service. Employees more interested in being on their cell phones then helping me. I have a business of my own to run, I will be cancelling all my plans with bell.

  I took a taxi to this bell location to get a charger thinking mine was broken. It actually ended up being the port that was broken. I was assured that my phone supported wireless charging by one of their "knowledgeable" employees. I taxid back to my house and found that my phone wasnt charging when i placed it on the wireless charger. So a quick google search later and i find that no my phone does not support wireless charging. That will be the last time i go to a bell store.
